Spaghetti with mushrooms and avocado
For the first time my husband demanded meat! Ate everything with pleasure and asked for more. I also really liked the combination of avocado with mushrooms. I have spaghetti, but I think with rice is equally tasty. For the contest "Fast from "Moulinex"".

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    300 g

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Black olives

    10 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Spices

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Onion, cut into strips, garlic finely chop, fry it all in olive oil (can be vegetable odourless). Immediately start the water for spaghetti.

Add the mushrooms, cut into strips. Fry about 3 minutes all together over high heat.

Ripe avocado, cut into large strips. If you cut more finely, it will disperse in the sauce, and I wanted that avocado felt.

Add the chopped tomato. I cut a thin triangle. Stew all together for 3 minutes.

Don't forget about spaghetti. In a boiling water, add a little olive oil, season with salt to taste. Cook spaghetti to Your favorite state. We love "al dente".

To the vegetables, add the olives cut into rings. Slightly leave for decoration.

Ready spaghetti recline in a colander, reserve a little water, put into the frying pan to the vegetables. If You feel dry, add some water left over spaghetti.
