Homemade milk ice cream on a stick
Started the heat begins the season of ice cream... the Ice cream I make is different, but this is one of the most delicious and favorite.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

  • Dry milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    800 ml

  • Butter

    25 g

First you need to combine the sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks at room temperature.

Beat with a mixer in a magnificent mass. Add the sifted cocoa. Mix well.

Then add sifted dry milk and starch, mix well.

Gradually pour in the hot milk. If you are doing from home, like me, the milk must be fresh. Mix well.

Put on a slow fire.

Add the butter and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Once boiling, immediately remove from heat and put in cold water. I put in a large pot with cold water. Leave it to cool down. Then cover and put in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Sticks I made. This off dry, but a strong branch of a tree, cleanse them from the skin and wrapped in foil.
