Before, when we go to restaurants, often liked to enjoy the pate (a weakness I have to pechenezke). But they are so rich that the main dish was not strong enough... So we decided to cook at home. The result exceeded all my expectations! It turns out beautifully, even better than the restaurant! Try it and You!

Cooking
Liver fried with onions and spices. I fried quite a long time, then felt "fried" taste.
Finely chop the mushrooms and fry. Carrots three on a grater and also fry, separately from fungi.
The liver is triturated with oil of hand blender. In this step, I like to add some butter truffle (white or black).
Collect the paste. The foil layers are spread pate-mushroom-pate - carrot-pate.
Wrap and into the fridge! As hardens, time to feast!
Suggest to serve with variety of fresh bread and sour berry jam (plum, lingonberry, cranberry, etc.) enjoy all!
