Jam gudulu
The Chinese I brought back from vacation. Went to the forest to pick berries ( blueberries and cranberries ) saw a tree studded with a beautiful little apples. Could not resist I picked and brought, as a childhood memory. Grandma cooked this jam for my brother and me.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1.200 g

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

Make syrup of sugar, water and pour apples into the slow cooker. To put the program cooking.

To let the apples simmer in the syrup for 5 minutes and turn off the slow cooker until cool jam. And so do the second time. The third time, bring to the boil, squeeze into it the juice of a lemon and the jam is ready.

I like jam so welded. Apples are whole, sweet, juicy and beautiful to look at.

I like to drink tea without sugar with candy. This jam is good replace the candy.
