Cheese cakes without flour
The delicate cream flavor, reminiscent of cheesecake from my childhood.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    2 tsp

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vanilla

1. Take our curd and RUB it into mush. You can use a potato masher. 2. In a separate bowl whisk the eggs and add the semolina. Give swell for 2-3 minutes. 3. Pour the egg mixture into the cottage cheese and knead well with a spoon. 4. Add starch 5. Add the sugar and vanilla (at this time the pan should already be hot).

The resulting mass is divided by servings tablespoon. Dip them in flour and form our cheesecakes.

Spread on a well-heated pan and fry over medium heat until Golden brown.
