Delicious chocolate cakes with an unusual lemon cream.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    350 ml

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cookies

    120 g

  • Oat flakes

    8 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Coffee natural

    1 tsp

  • Chili

Here's the original products. Sugar I use brown, chocolate - bitter. I made these brownies with half of the cream, so if you want to spend the whole, the fundamentals have to do 2 times more. In principle, it is possible to make and this recipe without oatmeal, I just love them. As long as it was chocolate.

Pour the semolina with the sugar in the warm milk and, stirring constantly, cook a thick porridge. Porridge is much thicker than for food, and most importantly, that was without lumps.

The cooled semolina, add the lemon zest softened butter and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly with a fork and reserve.

The chocolate chips melt in the milk. I do it in the microwave.

Add the butter, mix well and add cereal. It is best to take the fast food, but I love even when it's a bit harder.

When flakes swell a bit, add crushed cookies. It is better to make smaller, but not into flour.

Add a spoonful of coffee, a pinch of salt and stir. Pepper is not felt, but the taste becomes brighter, so I almost always add it in cakes of this type.

Spread on PE film and the shape of the plate, thickness of about cm. Put into the refrigerator to slightly stiffened, about 15 minutes. Then take it out, spread on the middle of cream (unfortunately I do not have time to take pictures). Cream put not very much to be able to close the edges. Shaped into a cylinder and put into the freezer for a few hours, or even overnight.
