Quick gingerbread with raisins and nuts
This gingerbread quick and easy to prepare. Good with tea, milk or just like that

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    250 g

  • Walnuts

    200 g

Cooking

Eggs stir (not beat) sugar and sour cream.

To them add the flour, nuts and raisins. Mix well.

Form grease with oil or margarine, sprinkle with flour.

Put the dough into shape, put in a preheated 180*C oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Ready gingerbread cool down a bit.
