It so happened that I got today, a lot of apples and not to spoil, I had to think of something. Remembered that I had seen Yulia Vysotskaya recently, a simple pie made from apples... memory I decided to try something in this plan... here's what happened... surprisingly very simple, quick and delicious!

The dough is flaky unleavened

Puff pastry roll with a thickness of about 5mm Put the plate and the trimmed edge, spread on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil. With a fork pierce the dough, sprinkle with sugar, spread on top of apples.
For apples put a few pieces of butter and put in oven. I was baked for about 20min. when 170град., depends on the oven. As soon as the dough bakes, take out.
Cooled ice cream... Put up a slide... pour jams (my raspberry-orange jam)... it was very tasty. BON APPETIT!
