After countless festivals, abadani and Appiani, my stomach finally and irrevocably refused to be friends with me. After sitting for a couple of days on kefirchika, every "schmuck", the body demanded normal food. A little pomudrit I created this pashtetik, which is quite light (not oily and not spicy), and at the same time tasty. My husband and son liked it. Share the recipe with you.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Seasoning

Chicken fillet cut and boil in salted water. Optionally, you can add spices, I added only Bay leaf.

Some carrots peel, cut in rings, and stew in a skillet with a little oil and water. When little carrot is ready, add the finely chopped garlic, cover with a lid and leave to stand.

All ingredients are sent to the blender, add the butter, grind. THE PATE IS READY. PS: I think that if you add every pripravok will be even tastier, but I did not add, as did the pate diet. Butter can also be a little more, then pashtetik will be more tender.
