Cakes of unleavened dough
Today I open to your "zoo" ballet school. The circus is already there, but it's the animals and dances to learn! Submit to the contest "world of animals" the Director of the ballet school.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Salt

    30 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    70 g

  • Cinnamon

  • The food dye

As in predidushih recipes prepare the dough,which mix well the flour,sugar,salt,to the mixture add water and vegetable oil,and knead until smooth.From the dough moulded body,wings,legs,head,and beak of our "birds",follow the step by step photos.

When modeling I used the bomber stick,toothpicks and a knife.When the figure is ready,we send it bake in a preheated oven at 180 gr.

When the figure has finished baking,let it cool slightly and decorate with colored frosting (the frosting is protein+powdered sugar).

The painted figure put into the oven for 5-10 min.
