The liver pate with cognac
Love the liver. I love all kinds pashtetiki. This recipe is one of my favorites. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Cognac

    50 ml

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nuts

    50 g

Cooking

The liver cut into pieces of a matchbox (to quickly cooked). Salt the water, throw Lavrushka, allspice and boil pechenocna until soft, about 10 minutes after boiling.

Onion cut into small squares, carrots to grate. In frying pan, add 50-75 g of butter and on mild heat cook the onions and carrot until transparent.

Boiled liver cut into pieces. In a pan add oil and liver. Fry over high heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Pour in the cognac to evaporate the alcohol, remove from heat and allow to cool.

Roasted peanuts grind in a blender.

Content pans put in a blender. Grind. Add the nuts and whisk everything well. In a festive version of our pashtetik put in tartlets and serve.
