Another dish of my native Bulgarian cuisine... Fried cheese... very simple, quick... but not GOOD... I Advise everyone to try...

Cooking
In a heated pan pour the oil, lumps of cheese.
When the cheese starts to melt and stretch, add salt. If the cheese separated serum, that just completely evaporated.
Eggs, beat, add chopped dill.
Pour eggs in cottage cheese. A couple of minutes fry over high heat.
Then diminish the fire, cover with a lid and fry until cooked eggs.
Then we cut on 4 parts, each part again sprinkled with salt, just don't get carried away: the dish should be slightly saltier than you normally eat. On each slice lay sprigs of dill and ALL eat TOGETHER... ... mmm... YUM!!!
