Delicious, light and spicy vegetable appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

Pepper cut in half and put into the oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Eggplant cut into slices.

Fry the eggplant in small amount of vegetable oil until tender.

In the bowl of a blender put bell pepper, cheese and garlic cut into small pieces.

Grind until a creamy consistency.

Eggplant spread on a plate, top with creamy mixture, I used a candy syringe.

Cover with a second slice of eggplant and top with mixture. You can serve it hot and cold.
