Cheese buns
Today I offer to cook butter, cottage cheese buns from yeast dough, which is very pleasant to work with.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

  • Vanilla

    0.2 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

First prepare the dough. Yeast SAF-Moment to dissolve in warm milk. Add sugar and a little flour. Stir and leave for 20-30 minutes in warm.

Combine the egg with the melted butter.

Add the cottage cheese. Stir.

Add to the curd and the yeast mixture, adding the flour, knead the dough. Allow dough to stand in the heat for an hour to come.

Severing of the dough piece. Roll out a cake. Grease melted butter, sprinkle with sugar.

Collapsible tube and fold it in half.

Cut in length, not reaching to the end and wrenched the sides out.

Put the buns on the baking tray lined with paper and leave for 20-30 minutes to come. Then grease yolk, sprinkle with sugar and bake at 180 C for 30 minutes.
