Cooking
White kidney beans well and soak in cold water overnight for swelling. Then cook until cooked and drain off the water (but not pour because it is useful for us to adjust the consistency of pate!!!)
Garlic (2 cloves) and onions finely chop and priusquam in olive oil until transparent.
Sun-dried tomatoes and capers finely chop.
