Herring mini cake
Recipe of the snacks I found on the Internet. The cake is easily transformed into conapesca.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Herring

    300 g

  • Mashed potatoes

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

Onion cut into half rings and marinate in olive oil and mustard. Cook the puree, it should be fairly liquid. Bread (1 loaf) cut lengthwise to make 4 thin sheets (this is for 2 cakes). On the foil (a large piece to wrap the cake) and put a piece of bread and smear it with mayonnaise.

The next layer – sliced mushrooms (season with a little salt) and sprinkle with dill.

Then slices of cucumbers.

The next layer is the herring and pickled onions on top.

The last layer is the mashed potatoes, sprinkled with dill.

At the end cover with the second slice of bread. Tightly wrap in foil and put into the refrigerator to soak for about 3 hours.

Can be cut into strips to make canapés.
