Nuts grind in a meat grinder or grind in a food processor.
Mix the nuts, coconut and honey.
Bananas grind in a blender, adding the cinnamon.
Place a layer of nuts, pour the banana cream. Put the apricots and prunes.
Then make a second layer of nuts.
Again pour the banana cream and put dried apricots and prunes. Put in half an hour in the freezer or 2-3 hours in the fridge for thickening.
