Honey cake with hazelnuts
Haselnuss-Honigkuchen. Delicious, juicy, flavorful... Try it!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

  • Forest nuts

    125 g

  • Flour

    85 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    125 g

Whisk soft butter, sugar and eggs. Continuing to whisk, add 2 tbsp of honey and cream, then ground nuts and flour.

Turn on the oven to 180*C put the Dough in a rectangular shape, greased and floured or lined with baking paper. My form 24 cm in length.

Bake 40-45 minutes at 180*C. If the top starts to burn, cover with foil. Check the readiness with a wooden toothpick.

Ready hot cake pinned many times with a fork or knife, then the surface of the cake several times lubricated with honey. Cool. Take out of shape.

Of powdered sugar and lemon juice with water to prepare the glaze, just all mixing to homogeneity; the liquid in the icing sugar, add gradually, constantly stirring. The glaze should be very runny. Fill the cake, decorate as desired.
