Description

Appetizer of leeks
An easy dish to watching their weight (excluding nuts, it becomes even easier).

Ingredients

  • Leeks

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Leek wash, cut into thin rings.

Drop into boiling salted water for 4 min.

Discard in a colander, dry, put in a bowl. Leave in a warm place.

Parsley wash. A few sprigs to postpone for decoration, the rest put in a blender along with walnuts, lemon juice and olive oil. Grind in a homogeneous mass. Add sugar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (If the mixture is very thick add 2-3 tbsp water).

The egg grind and add to the onions. Decorate the salad with parsley and serve with sauce.
