Mincemeat
The recipe I read in a cookbook produced in 1908. But I had slightly changed, replacing one ingredient, but in spite of this replacement, it turns out very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Bran

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

For cooking we will need: herring, onion, milk, oat bran, olive oil, vinegar, parsley, black pepper.

Soak bran in milk.

Finely chop the onion.

Clean the herring separated from the bones and finely chop it.

Finely chop the parsley. Combine together all ingredients and stir until a homogeneous mass.

Our dish is ready. Can treat their guests.
