Delicious shortbread cookies! From my grandmother's notebooks, as it means "easy". Can be done with any filling - nuts and dried fruits, cottage cheese or, like me, jam!

Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add sour cream and soda (quenching is not necessary).
