Liver cut in large chunks
Will rascality in a frying pan vegetable oil, fry the onion with the liver. Then pour tomato juice, cover and cook for about 12-15 minutes.
Ready season the liver with teriyaki sauce Kikkoman, salt and sugar. Cool
Tomato juice soak the gelatine for 15 minutes. Add a few drops of Tabasco, salt and sugar to taste. Tabasco can be replaced with ground hot red pepper.
Liver grind in a blender, add the soft butter and mix well pate
Place ready pie moulds, before reaching the edge approximately 0.5 cm
Tomato juice with gelatin heat to dissolve gelatin. Pour on top of pate with tomato jelly and put in the refrigerator until fully cured jelly
