"Kozuli" - shaped cookies in the form of animals. Originally meant any animal present in the stable during the birth of the Christ child. And on Christmas eve we bake these sweets. For the contest "new year tastes of the planet."

Cooking
A Cup of sugar melt on a slow fire, till brown. When all the sugar has melted, gently pour 1 Cup of boiling water, stirring occasionally. Add 2 more cups of sugar. When the mixture boils and the sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and allow to cool.
Beat 1 egg and 2 selcta in the lush foam. Mix the cooled sugar mixture with eggs, spices and oil and most of flour. Knead homogeneous dough.
Remains of flour pour on the table, put the dough and knead. The dough should be thick and not stick to hands. Put the dough in a bag and remove in the cold for 1 hour. (you can store the dough in the fridge for a month).
Roll the dough out to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut out the figures. Put biscuits onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees until done (Golden).
The finished figurines to cool and cover with colored frosting. For frosting:2 egg white mix with powdered sugar. Pour the sugar mixture over the cups and painted in different colors. Juice cranberries, cocoa, turmeric, etc.you Can use food coloring.
Put the frosting in cornetti and apply to cookies. Postpone "Kasulu", so the icing had dried.
