Description
Two more options for wafer rolls. Made them specially for father-in-law, who drove vintage waffle iron all over the former USSR (and it is heavy!) and how he loves to "pin" the mother - in-law ate wafers themselves only 2 times.

Cooking
Beat the eggs with the sugar white. Put sugar according to your taste, about a half-full glass.
Add alcohol and melted margarine. I use butter margarine (Vershkovy), 65%. I think with margarine pastries like something better. The main part of my margarine part butter and no any harmful additives. And what about alcohol - so dad I have spirtovic and this stuff always in the house enough))) you can use vodka (gives rustaweli waffles).
Add the flour (a half-full glass, that was not too thick.
Nuts (any) grind in a coffee grinder. I had Brazil nuts and cashews.
Divide the dough in half. In one part, stir in the nuts, in other cocoa. The dough with cocoa can be thick, so add if required mineral water (or milk).
Preheat the waffle iron. Bake waffles (put 1 tbsp of dough on the waffle) and hot collapse in the tube. I noticed that there was a slightly wet hands with water, not so hot to turn.
And of course my blonde once tasted the finished product)))
