Spicy shortbread
Before you bomb me with sneakers on the regular shortbread... Wait! This cookie is spicy, tangy... Really delicious, it might even be a man... Try it!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Ginger

    2 Tbsp

  • Cardamom

    1 tsp

  • Curry

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    70 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

Butter slightly soften, add the egg and sugar. Beat with a blender to homogeneous weight.

Add the spices, grated ginger, curry, cinnamon... Flour. Knead homogeneous dough.

Form a ball, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 min.

Divide dough in half. One roll, get another while in the refrigerator.

Roll out the dough and cut molds the figures. Gently place them on the baking tray lined with paper.

And so the entire half of the test.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

While preparing the half, make the cookie from the second half of the test. Then in the oven for 10 minutes!

Cool the cookies. It turns crisp, spicy and incredibly flavorful!
