Cooking
Beef cut into small cubes
It is good to fry in vegetable oil over high heat until crisp. Put in a pot of boiling water. I have a 3 liter pot. Boil the meat.
Next clean and cut the potato cubes, add to the pot with the meat.
Cut the onion into cubes, carrots to RUB on a large grater, also add to the pot. Cook for about 15-20 minutes.
Tomatoes pour over boiling water, remove the skin, cut into cubes. Dice cut plums.
On a small amount of vegetable oil to fry tomato, plum.
Add seasoning, and bring to a homogeneous mass. Put in a saucepan. To proveriti about 5 minutes.
Wash rice, add to the pot, cook for about 15 minutes.
In the end add chopped cilantro and parsley and cook until full boil. When serving, be sure to each plate vydavt a clove of garlic. Garlic can be pushed straight into the pan.
