My soup
I like lamb in all its forms, but this soup I cook when I'd like flavorful, but NOT greasy soup. If useful to someone, I'll be glad ; -)

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cook broth on the lamb ribs for about 30 minutes, salt to taste

Peel the potatoes, cut the carrots (sliced), onion (large, 4 pieces)

Potatoes, carrots and onions to send into the boiling broth. Cook for 5-10 minutes

Tomatoes pour over boiling water, peel and cut each into 4 pieces, greens grind

Add to broth the tomato, boil under cover for 5 minutes over low heat, add the greens, turn off the oven, leave to "walk" on a hot ring stove 5-10 minutes ;-)
