Rolls
Zerafshan, which gave the name to this dish - the city in Uzbekistan, located in the Kyzyl Kum desert, next to a major Deposit of gold and uranium. These tender, fragrant rolls will not leave anyone indifferent! The original recipe used beef or lamb, but I used chicken (think the meat you can take any one you like)

Ingredients

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    8 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Wash out the meat, remove all the tapes and tendons, mince. Onion peel and also mince. In forcemeat add salt, pepper and cumin, knead well.

Eggs slightly beaten, salt.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil, and eggs to pancakes. Cool.

For each pancake put the stuffing and roll rolls.

Put the rolls on a baking tray covered with baking paper

Bake at t 180C for 30-40 minutes

When serving, rolls add butter. Bon appetit
