Delicious and healthy salad based on avocado and brown rice.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    2 piece

  • Figure

    60 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    0.5 can

  • Lemon juice

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

Take boiled brown rice. White may be too personal, but I think brown rice is better here, though this is not the main ingredient.

Avocado peeled, cut in half, take out the bone and cut into cubes.

Coarsely chop the celery.

Add green peas, juice of half a lemon (a little less), 2 tablespoons of yogurt (I have ACTIVIA with no additives), 2 teaspoons of mustard (I have French) and stir.

The salad is ready. )) Very nice taste, we felt avocado, rice should be less. And celery with peas lend an interesting hue. Bon appetit!
