My husband loves the salad "Mimosa". I was preparing (like many of you) it many times for different recipes. Recently I saw another version and decided of course to cook it. The first time of course stuck to the exact recipe, but I decided to make his adjustments. I suggest to you to try this wonderful salad.

Cooking
Here is a small set of products we need.
The butter should be well frozen. Cook hard-boiled eggs, peel, separate whites from yolks. Yolks aside, and proteins, Apple and cheese, to grate on a coarse grater. With onions, too, need to do so, but I don't really like salads in his presence. Therefore, the meat is cut into thin half-rings or smaller, put in a bowl, add a little salt and pour boiling water for 5 minutes. Then dump the water, rinse cold, squeeze. Put in a salad bowl layers: Whites, mayonnaise, cheese, frozen butter, grated, onion, mayonnaise, Apple, salmon, mayonnaise. On top on a fine grater grate the yolks.
