Vegetable salad
A delicious salad on holiday table at any time of the year. In the winter a bit pricey, but the pleasure derived from the abundance of flavor and vitamins is worth it. Favorite salad of my parents and now my family.

All the vegetables cut into thin strips, the thinner the better. I cut by hand only, no sincovec and graters. On a large platter (the more the better, then you'll understand why) on a bed of thinly sliced cabbage spread in a circle bunches of pepper
