Salad with a mixture of rice, avocado, tomato and pineapple
Harmonious and juicy, the combination of neutral avocado, nutty taste of the rice, the freshness of the tomato and light sweetness of pineapple, awakened sour filling and the scent of spices curry. "Lady" salad which can substitute dinner.

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    150 ml

  • Vinegar

    150 ml

  • Curry

  • Salt

Cooking

Boil the rice as indicated on package. Rinse under running cold water and cool.

While cooking the rice, you can make mayonnaise (and you can take a ready-made approximately 150 grams). In raw egg yolk, add 1 tsp mustard and, stirring constantly, a thin stream to enter vegetable oil (150 ml). Salt.

Avocado (4 pieces) cut into two pieces, removing the pulp with a spoon.

Tomatoes (2 PCs.) to remove the peel, making the cross-cut and sprinkled with boiling water.

Avocado, tomatoes, pineapples (4 rings) cut into not large cubes.

In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, a pinch of curry 150 ml of vinegar (maybe less, depends on your tastes and the acid of vinegar). Add the rice, vegetables and fruit. Mix.

Can be served right in the shell of the avocado, but you can in portion werring.
