Very easy and tasty salad! I recommend to all lovers of persimmon. A real find for fasting, as a very useful and simple to prepare. Can be as appetizer and side dish.
Finely shred the cabbage and add salt. Slice the leek into thin half-rings. Cut with a persimmon peel. Cut them into slices. Mix the salad with olive oil and vinegar. A salad bowl rubbed with garlic. Put the salad.
Sprinkle salad with sesame seeds and ground black pepper. Prepare immediately before use. As when storing cabbage becomes soft!
