Cake with cottage cheese cream
Easy, summer cake, nothing exotic - it's simple and affordable. Cake I made with half of the cream, because if you don't looming on the horizon, this portion is enough, but the recipe will indicate a full portion.

Beat the butter or margarine, add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually, beating well, add eggs. Mix the flour, starch and baking powder, sift and mix with the dough. Heat the gelatin, add a little cottage cheese and mix, then gradually, whisking, add the remaining cheese. Whip the cream, add the beaten egg whites and mix with cottage cheese.
