Tortillas with corn and cheese
Tortillas with corn and cheese in 15 minutes! The recipe is simple and delicious scones!


  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Corn

    170 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup


1. In a bowl mix the flour, corn, cheese, grated on a coarse grater, chopped parsley, salt, spices. Pour the yogurt, add eggs, mix everything carefully.
2. Spread the batter on a heated pan with a little vegetable oil and fry on both sides until Golden brown. Cakes spread on a paper towel and then serve! Bon appetit!
