Based on Sancocho
This recipe I read in a magazine, the recipe was immediately interested, decided to cook and no mistake. My family food very much, of course, still going to cook. I hope You will like it. Made two changes to the recipe:did not add corn and 1 plantain (savoury banana variety, you can substitute unripe banana).

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Bacon

    150 g

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Bow white

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Salt

  • Broth

    1.5 l

Onion, tomato cut into cubes.

Garlic, finely chop. In a pan, fry the onion, garlic and tomatoes.
