Vegetable salad
Simple and easy vegetable salad in Asian style with an unusual but very pleasant taste and aroma. A great side dish to meat or fish.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Oyster sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Fresh young cabbage finely shinkuem, we shift into a bowl, sprinkle a little salt and a little (!) fray hands. Cucumbers cut into thin strips, carrots grate, celery cleaned from the top layer with a vegetable peeler and finely chop the onion chop tomatoes, sesame seeds fry in a dry pan until light brown.

In a bowl in the cabbage sent the chopped vegetables, stir.

Prepare the dressing: in a bowl, mix the garlic, passed through press, oyster sauce, rice vinegar and vegetable oil. If no oyster sauce, you can use soy. You can cook without vegetable oil.
