Fishroll
Delicious hearty meal, great for a picnic or dinner at home!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Bread crumbs

    5 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    2 piece

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Fish fillets, thaw as necessary. For breading, mix bread crumbs with spices Forester for fish. Eggs lightly whisk.

Fillet cut into small slices.

Dip fillets in the beaten eggs.

Then dip them in breadcrumbs.

Fry in a hot pan until cooked on both sides.

When I turned the fish I wanted to add a bit of cheese. On each fillet, I put a slice of cheese.

Lay out the fillets from the pan on a napkin to stack the excess fat. For the sauce, mix mustard with sour cream, sprinkle with salt.

The sheet of pita bread cut in half and brush with sauce.

Carrots grate on medium grater, cucumbers, cut into strips.

Spread the vegetables on a pita smeared with sauce.
