Cooking
Soft beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the eggs and whisk.
Add to the batter salt, lemon juice and zest. Beat. Sift the flour with the baking powder, add to the dough.
Knead a soft dough. Cover with cling film, put into the refrigerator for an hour.
Shape dough into balls about the size of a walnut. Roll in powdered sugar.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, not to overdry. I got 22 cookies.
Ready cookies to cool.
