Green Breakfast
Brought from the country a lot of green, but except me, nobody eating, so we have to cheat and to cook something tasty and healthy) this morning decided to cook scrambled eggs with herbs.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Cheese curd

    1 pack

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.2 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Pour in a pan of water and put on fire. When the water boils, turn down the greens for 1 minute. Drain in a colander and press.

Whisk blender the egg yolks, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.

Whites beat to a froth and connect with the green mixture. Pour into the form. Bake at medium temperature for 20 minutes.

Gently slide onto a Board and let cool. The remaining greens finely chop and mix with cream cheese. You can replace the cottage cheese. Spread the filling on the omelet and roll into a roll.

Can be served warm or as a cold starter.
