Cooking
Chopped young cabbage. Slightly mash with your hands to release the juice.
Finely chop the white onion. If You have a regular onion, put it in a colander and pour over boiling water.
Slice bell pepper small dice.
Dressing. Squeeze the garlic through a garlic crusher into a suitable bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients.
Mix dressing with a whisk.
Dressed salad! Lay on plates.
Optionally added to the plates ricotta. It is convenient to spread the cheese with 2 teaspoons. Bon appetit!!!
