Cake
I suggest you bake these easy to make cookies made from puff pastry. In my opinion it has more cookies than cake. But as the recipe was stated that this cake, leave the name unchanged.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Raisins

    200 g

  • Candied

    70 g

  • Spices

    1.5 tsp

  • Granulated sugar

    50 g

Cooking

Filling: melt butter in saucepan, add brown sugar, raisins, candied fruits and spices (optional). Heat the mass until the sugar is dissolved. Cool

The puff pastry should be thawed and roll it out into a thin layer. Felling cut out circles of dough.

In one circle put the filling and cover with another circle of dough. Edge well you need to take (I use a fork).

Make every cake three cuts, brush the top with milk and sprinkle with cane sugar (my crystals). Bake in a hot oven at the temperature. 200* for 20 minutes until Golden brown. Enjoy your tea!!!
