Vanilla mousse
This mousse is very delicate, and the smell Vanilli is simply mesmerizing! This dessert is very fond of children, and adults will not refuse.

Ingredients

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Gelatin

    3.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cream

    300 g

1. Mix egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. In a water bath whisk the mixture until thick.

2. Soak gelatin in cold water before swelling. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, dissolve the gelatin under low heat. A little cooled, mix it with the mousse mixture until the formation of homogeneous mixture.

3. Whip 300 g of cream to obtain a very thick mixture, add to the mousse. Whisk the egg whites and quickly enter them into the mousse. Pour the mixture into the mold and aged in a cool place until thick.

Take out the mousse from the mold, dip the form in hot water.
