Chicken leg quarters in wine and honey sauce with capers
Chicken legs - grilled, baked, marinated, stewed - any dishes not only invented, but we love them anyway, especially because it is inexpensive and available almost for everyone. And yet, every time I want to give a familiar dish a new taste. This recipe from Sophie Dudemaine - one of these options.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    2 piece

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Dry white wine

    150 g

  • Rosemary

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

A good warm up the pan; add olive oil; chicken legs salt, pepper and fry on both sides until browned.

Peel the onions and cut thin rings.

Add the drumsticks and cook about 5 minutes.

Add honey, wine, rosemary and simmer on low heat until the chicken is cooked (about 15-20 minutes).

Add the capers and, after boiling sauce, remove from heat.
