Really wanted chicken Kiev , but chicken was not. But it was minced beef! Present for your consideration the result of my improvisation..

Cooking
Add in the mince and salt, mix spices, eggs and garlic. Soak the bread in milk or cream and add to the mince. Thoroughly knead our mass.
To connect with fork oil and finely chopped parsley.
Roll up from the mass of a sausage and divide it into portions.
Divide the meat into patties by the number of fillings. The spread for each flapjack stuffing and formed into patties.
Be breaded in flour or breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil until Golden brown. I do this in two pans, so the oil is not cooled down much. When the cutlets are browned on one side ,put it all in one pan and diminished the fire frying. So they are browned and cooked through.
Here are the meatballs turned out!!!Can be served with mashed potatoes, for example, is not bad, and a fresh salad would be nice,but it is your improvisation!!!!!!! Bon appetit!!!
