Cooking
To start making cottage cheese from sour milk. Make it convenient for you way:can be heated in a water bath or method of freezing that I recently told I decided to apply this recipe. Fermented baked milk put in the freezer overnight. Morning to get, ripped off the packaging kastrjulku to put a sieve on it gauze or linen cloth, and put our frozen yogurt. Leave for a day at room temperature.

Add in cheese and eggs,4 tbsp sugar (I used from TM Mistral unrefined cane and very useful) and mix. You can beat on the mixer.
Then add starch and vanilla. At this stage (optional) you can add lemon zest or orange. I added a little lemon syrup. Mix
At the bottom of the baking dish (=16cm) or portion bowl put chopped Apple
Sprinkle top with sugar TM Mistral approximately 0.5 tbsp to taste
And sprinkle with nuts to taste.
Bake in the oven at t 150-160C for 1 hour
Here are tanned beauties we have. In the process of cooling the cream can fall off. Top can be sprinkled with powdered sugar, pour berry jam or just with berries.
