Dessert of oatmeal
This dessert can be used as a separate dish or as a dessert cream. And even as the layer for baking. Very tender, tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

    5 slice

Cooking

To prepare 3 tablespoons of oatmeal, or can take any other (rice, buckwheat, etc), as long as they were amenable to steaming. Pour boiling water, cover and leave.

Instant gelatin (gelatin other requires a different way of cooking), pour the hot milk, carefully stir until dissolved (you can heat in the fire, but do not boil).

Add the yogurt and honey. If you do not wish to use gelatin, you can make starch.

Milk mixture pour into blender, add cereal (if standing water can not drain it). Beat until smooth, 5-7 minutes.

You can leave just white. But we will go further, half of the mixture and pour into ramekins and leave to cool (I did slant).

A few slices of the chocolate to melt (in microwave or steamed). Add to blender and whip again, get the chocolate mixture (in a pinch, you can add a little cocoa powder).

That's the way to fill and again cooled.

Decorate and serve as dessert. The finished product is roughly 350-400 ml. Treat yourself and your loved ones a delicious and healthy dessert.
