Cooking
First you need to mix thoroughly the softened butter and sugar, add vanilla and egg. Then flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt and knead the dough, it will be like sand, but most importantly, not greedy of flour.
Then start to make oblong balls, stretched up, put on a baking sheet and with your finger lightly presses
Traditionally, in a hole with a spoon put a drop of yolk, but I decided to put chopped marmalade.
Then put everything in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 150-160 degrees. The main thing - not to perepechi, or will harsh. They should be white, and the bottom in about Golden color.
