Wheat bread with nuts and raisins
Today I present to you recipes "entertaining" loaves. They were born as a result of numerous (and not always successful) experiments. This bread is very nutritious, has a pretty "rich" part. Crispy crust, flavorful crumb, flavored with nuts, raisins and cereals - this bread requires no butter, no cheese, and even something else. It should just have. And to drink, ideally spring water.

Ingredients

  • Sourdough

    180 g

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    50 g

  • Water

    300 g

  • Raisins

    120 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Salt

    10 g

  • Soda

Cooking

1 large (1150 g) or 2 medium (500-600 g) of bread.

The raisins should be washed and dried. Nuts to mash these a bit.

Combine all the ingredients, except the raisins and nuts and knead the dough for 10-15 minutes. At the end of kneading add the raisins and nuts. Dark raisins in my dough has acquired a greyish-pink hue. But I love black raisins. And you can add light if you want.

Leave the dough to ferment in a warm place for 1 hour.

Put the workpiece in a greased form and rastahem in a warm place (28-35C) 2.5-3 hours.
