Cooking
I want to say that the amount of ingredients specified in the source code, I had to increase. First take the paste. For this mix the oil, cheese, sour cream, vanilla and flour.
Hands knead until you get soft but not sticking to hands dough. You may need more or less flour. Put into the fridge for 30 minutes.
While the dough rests, make filling. In the original recipe it was suggested to RUB the lemon on the grater. I would advise you to do this with a blender or grinder, so as the float was badly burn your hands. Then add the sugar. Stir.
Now divide the dough into 3 parts.
Spread in the form greased. Extra cut. Spread the filling on top.
Cover with a second layer of dough, semipaved again spread the filling. Now cover the last layer of dough, tighten the edges together. And put into the oven for 45-50 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. You may need more or less time.
I decorated the icing sugar and melted chocolate, as it stood out a lot of fluid, and the appearance of the pie I was not very satisfied.
The impression cake is slightly sour, the dough is very tasty. If lube lemon pastries, you should try.
